We had a fun weekend. It started out Saturday at 6:00 a.m. when we got ready to go to the Spelling Bee. It took 1-1/2 hours to get to Wildomar and 1/2 hour for us to start back home. Trev struck out on his third word and he was so bummed. I think all the build up stressed him out a bit and he spelled "since" wrong which made my husband feel the need to use it several times in conversation on the way home. What a nice Daddy!
On Saturday night I invited Paula and Dad over for dinner which turned into Dad, Paula, Johnny, Lindsey, Beck's and Chris.
Paula asked if there was anything she could help with and I told her to start praying for a miracle like the loaves and fishes in the Bible. We had French Dip and BBQ Chicken sandwiches. There was enough food, so miracles do happen and Beck's was eating that night which makes it even more of a miracle:)
Sunday morning we went to SOTH for Grady's baptism. Brett and Sandra chose Aaron and I to be his godparents. He did so good, not a peep out of him the whole time and Grady was good too!
Sunday night we went to Toni and Gary's for hamburgers and fries. Let's just say I'm feeling them today. I took an orange home from Gary's tree to make myself feel better about all the junk I consumed, it didn't work:(
