Old-Fashioned Buttermilk Dinner Rolls

3/4 cup warm water
2-1/4 tsp. instant yeast
1/2 cup warm buttermilk
1 egg, room temp., beaten
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
2 Tbsp. sugar
1-1/2 tsp. salt
3-1/2 to 3-3/4 cups bread flour

Place all ingredients in bread machine and use dough cycle. You can also use your stand mixer and dough hook to pull the dough together, knead in mixer only for 3-4 minutes.Dough will be a bit looser than a normal bread dough but not wet at all. Place into a greased bowl, cover and let rise 1 hour. Do not punch down just seperate into 14-16 large golf balls and place 12 in a greased 9x13 pan and the rest in a greased bread pan. Cover with plstic wrap and let rise one hour. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 17-20 mintes or until light golden brown.
