I spent my weekend sick as a dog. Aaron and I woke up Saturday morning throwing up. What are the chances of us both getting sick at the exact same time? Good, I guess:) I promptly made a phone call to Toni who saved me from my demise by taking the boys for the day and night. Both Wes and Tallon were sick with it on Thursday so I wasn't worried about them, but I didn't want Trev to get sick. Besides, taking care of three energetic boys when we were both out for the count was not conceivable.
I HATE being sick!!! The last time I was this sick was about 6 years ago and I hated it then as much as I hated it this time. When else would you find yourself crying for your mom in pain at the young age of 30, then when you have the flu. I promptly inserted my stand-by sick DVD, Anne of Green Gables and watched it on and off the whole day. Aaron layed in our room and slept quietly while I moaned and whined on the couch. I am a busy person so to just lay there sick was excruciating. I had also done an intense leg workout on Friday which in itself would have made me sore, but to complicate it with the muscle soreness you get from the flu was unbearable. I literally couldn't move my legs!
Today we are moving a little slow but are getting back to normal. I was unable to make it to my cousin Jordyn's bridal shower which I was bummed about, but I'm not about to spread this sickness to anyone else. Tomorrow I hope we are all feeling great and moving on:)

In this moment, I am glad I live 1700 miles away from you :-)!
Lounging on a weekend... sounds like my life
Should I get this wonderful sickness, I'm making a point to come visit. Love, mom
