Healthy Peanut Butter Truffles





1/2 c creamy peanut butter

1/2 c dry milk

1/4 c wheat germ

1/4 c old fashioned oats

2-3 Tbsp. honey


Combine all in food processor or mix by hand. Roll into rope; cut into 16 slices. Roll each slice into a ball. Wrap individually. Will keep for 1 week refrigerated.
