Healthy Eating...................

..............make it part of your life!

Here are two cookbooks I think we all should own. They are filled with tons of ideas to eat more fruits and veggies and less processed junk. Check them out, then buy them :)



Get rid of the junk and live life to the fullest! That sums up this great book by Tosca Reno. It means drastically changing what you eat, but the results will be worth it!




I found the techniques for adding vegetables to meals extremely creative and the recipes fantastic! Deceptively Delicious is a must have for your healthy kitchen.

Try the chicken nuggets with butternut squash puree. They are yummy!

Do you like that top book best Nicole? I still don'e have the other one yet. No telling when that will come since Oprah likes it!!!!!! It will probably be on back order for months. Are you cooking Sunday?
