Healthy Banana Bread..............

............that actually tastes good:)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together in a large bowl and set aside:
1/2 cup natural applesauce
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 egg whites
3 bananas, mashed
1/3 cup water

Whisk together:
1- 2/3 cup whole wheat four
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Combine wet and dry ingredients just until combined. Grease a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and pour in batter. Bake 55-60 minutes. Let cool in pan for ten minutes then cool completely on wire rack. Delicious!

Finally one without nuts...I hate nuts in anything sweet. Best of all, when Pop gets here, I can make it for him too because it's soft. Poor guy only has his bottom chompers! Banana bread happens to be one of my favorites and cooking calms me, I think I'll make some this weekend...thanks Pookie:)
