Ok, I'm bummed. First, I'm not a fan of starbucks coffee, I know, many think I'm crazy. But take Albertson's for example. I realize my lack of contribution will not make it go away but I refuse to shop there. I feel like I'd be betraying Daniel's or something:)
I guess if anyone at Daniel's was nice I would feel worse. The management there is horrible and it is a chain just like Albertson's. The Apple Market(Daniel's) even has stores in Kansas. That makes me feel better:)
It's not so much the big chain thing as the fact that we've stayed in Alpine for the small town life you know? I don't want the every convenience of El Cajon at my finger tips:) It just feels like it's not my Alpine anymore:( We're probably going to be moving to Oregon in the next couple years though, so I guess I don't have the right be TOO bitter:)
