This is the park map. It's pretty big as you can see. I marked the spot we stayed in.
This was our space, #8. We had tons of room so I was happy as a clam!
The other spaces were literally back to back. This was the perfect spot!
On our hike Aaron spotted something strange.........
...three little boys in some random port-o-potties!
Next on the agenda, hiking!
Tallon & Wes were in dire need of some water after our 2 hour hike!
Me and my boys : )
Thank the Lord for camera timers! We were able to get a fun picture all together!
This was the view about half way up.
There were an obscene amount of turkeys up there. Oh how Aaron wished he had his bow!
Lots of time to play games!!
The playground there was great! The boys spent quite a bit of time there.
Wes trying to sneak up on Tallon..... It didn't work.
This was a common occurrence.
Hours of fun!
Tallon wants to win!
So did I!
Yep, even Aaron got in on the fun!!
I would totally recommend William Heise! If you have a trailer stay at site #8 for sure! The people next to us stayed in a "trailer" site and they didn't have a trailer so I know you could snag this one even for tent camping. The bonus is that there are electrical hook-ups at these sites. The tent only sites do not have electricity but there are many that are secluded and quite cozy. The bathrooms were clean and the showers were warm which is always a plus : )
I hope you enjoyed the tour!!

Yeah!!!! You finally blogged! The pictures are great Nicole!! It really does look beautiful there. Do you think that I could just go up and sit in my car and pretend that I'm camping?? (I'd love to just go up to escape and read. )Love it!
Love you, mom
